╰┈➤ Please understand that I life can happen, and sometimes my work on commissions may be slow. However, I will do my best to communicate and deliver the final product!

PAYMENTS

╰┈➤ Payment in advance‼️ If you don't pay in advance, I can't work.

╰┈➤ Paypal only! payment should be send before I start sketch.

REVISIONS

╰┈➤ Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.

╰┈➤ A color WIP will be provided for approval.

╰┈➤ Once the final piece is sent, there will be no major changes to the piece.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

╰┈➤ High-res PNG file will be send to your email with 2 versions : with BG and transpatrent BG

╰┈➤ Your order will be delivered within 2- 3 weeks for me to finish your commission from the day the sketch is approved

╰┈➤ If you'd like your order to be completed quickly, rush fees will be applied (typically +50% of the base price) for me to finish your commission from the day the sketch is approved

USE

╰┈➤ Clients can use the art for streaming/profile pictures, etc. (please be sure to credit me)

╰┈➤ Artwork may not be used for commercial use. Please contact me if you would like to and we can work a price out.

╰┈➤ Commission will be posted on my page and patreon. let me know if you want it private. There will be fee for that.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

╰┈➤ I own the rights as the creator of the illustration.

╰┈➤ Please credit me when posting or using the art <3 (@QinYaya__ on Twitter)

╰┈➤ Any file you paid for will be available for a finite time of up to 2 months. However, I cannot guarantee accidental deletion, loss, or computer failure.

REFUNDS

╰┈➤ Clients have the right to cancel their order before I start working on the product. They will get a full refund of the drawing if so.

╰┈➤ If you want to cancel the commission while already started, you might not be eligible for a full refund.

╰┈➤ Can be REFUND after the first sketch with -30% payment.

If the commission is over 2 weeks, i can't refund.
